Stockton Subway Restaurant Employee Shot During Robbery
STOCKTON (CBS13) - A Subway restaurant employee is dead in Stockton following a robbery and shooting.
The 43-year-old male employee was at the restaurant on Hammer Lane, just off Highway 99, late Tuesday night when the robber walked in. At some point during the incident, the robber shot the employee.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but later died from his injuries. His name has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
Police are still piecing together evidence from the shooting.
