Small Fire Burns At Sacramento Furniture Store
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Firefighters responded to a small fire at a furniture store in south Sacramento Fire on Thursday morning.
The fire happened at Beck's Furniture on 55th Street, just south of Florin Road. A Sacramento Fire Department spokesperson says they received a fire alarm and water flow alarm at around 7:30 a.m. When crews arrived at the building, they found a small fire in the main showroom. They were able to quickly extinguish the fire.
Damage to the showroom was reportedly limited to a few couches.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
