At-Risk Missing Woman In Stockton Found Safe

Thursday, Sept. 26 Update: Stockton police said Carmen Ruiz has been located and is safe.
STOCKTON (CBS13) — Police in Stockton are looking for an at-risk missing woman, Carmen Ruiz.
Ruiz, who also goes by Galindo, was last seen Monday between 1 and 3 p.m. in Downtown Stockton. She was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray shorts and black shoes.
Police said the 41-year-old has a medical condition that may cause her to become lost or confused.
