SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Fear over possible gun regulations in the wake of three recent deadly shootings and holiday sales are driving gun sales in California.

Owner Josh Deaser says business is good at Just Guns in Sacramento.

"We've had a big influx of people coming in buying holiday gifts," he said.

"That causes more panic and people want to go out and buy more guns," he said.

Most of his new gun sales are from new customers, he says.

"And again, it's not just the same people coming in and buying the guns," he said. "There's new people coming in and buying the gun. They see what's going on in the world just want one just in case."
