Sacramento Men Busted In North Dakota With 136 Pounds Of Pot

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Highway Patrol says an Interstate 94 traffic stop resulted in the seizure of 136 pounds of marijuana.

Authorities say a trooper stopped the car with Idaho license plates east of Steele about 1 p.m. Sunday. The trooper's suspicions led to a search of the vehicle that uncovered the drugs.

Authorities arrested the 22- and 33-year-old men in the car. Both are from Sacramento, California.

The Kidder County Sheriff's Office and a local drug task force helped with the investigation.
