Police: Domestic Dispute Call In Vacaville Turns Into Homicide Investigation
VACAVILLE (CBS13) — Two brothers are behind bars in Vacaville after police responded to a domestic dispute call.
Police say when they arrived at a home on Peregrine way in Vacaville, two men were already out front waiting to be arrested.
Inside, police found the reason why they were called.

"They discovered a deceased adult female inside who suffered significant blunt force trauma," says Vacaville Police Lt. Mark Donaldson.
Police say 42-year-old Marcus Smith lives at the home and made the 9-1-1 call that led to his arrest.
Smith's brother, 26-year-old Kevin Smith, has also been arrested, charged with accessory after the fact.
"Our investigators learned that he was assisting in cleaning up the scene trying to cover things up,' says Lt. Donaldson.
Police say the brothers may have had a change of heart and decided to instead turn themselves in.
Police describe the victim in the home as a woman in her early 50s, and say she and Smith had some sort of relationship. They are not releasing her name at this time.
Investigators have been asking neighbors if they know more.
