Police Arrest Man In Connection With Downtown Sacramento Murder

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Sacramento Police have made an arrest in a murder from earlier this year.

45-year-old Americo Torres is charged with the crime.

Police say Torres shot a man at 12th and C Street on January 20.
