Pedestrian Struck By Train In Turlock, Airlifted To Hospital

TURLOCK (CBS13) — A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a train at Golden State and Fulkerth, according to the Turlock Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the scene and said one male patient was transported via air ambulance with major injuries to a nearby trauma center.
Police said the incident happened around 1:30 p.m.
Due to the accident, multiple railroad crossings from Monte Vista to Canal were closed.
