Overturned Big Rig Causes Delay In Manteca
MANTECA (CBS13) -- The Manteca Police Department is advising drivers to avoid the area of Lathrop Road between N. Union and Crestwood Avenue due to an overturned cement truck.
Police say that this will require a detour of traffic for the next few hours.
No estimated time of reopening has been given.
