Man, 37, Given Life In Prison Sentence For 2017 Manteca Murder
MANTECA (CBS13) – A 37-year-old man has been given a life sentence for a Manteca murder case.
Nirvair Dhillon Singh was convicted back in June of murdering Ian Brooks in a Nov. 5, 2017 shooting at an apartment complex along the 350 block of N. Union road. Singh was arrested at the scene at the time.
On Monday, Singh was sentenced at San Joaquin County Superior Court.
Singh will have to serve 40 years to life in prison, authorities say.
Brooks was 28-years-old at the time of the killing.
