Man Wanted For 2 Sex Assaults On Arden Arcade-Area Street
SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) - Authorities believe a wanted sex assault suspect attacked another woman on an Arden Arcade street.
Both assaults happened along Wyda Way. The most recent assault took place around noon on Tuesday.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department says a 21-year-old was walking on Wyda Way with her two young siblings when an unknown man walked up to her and tried to strike up a conversation. At some point, the man sexually assaulted her over her clothing before he took off.
Detectives say Tuesday's suspect matches the description of a man wanted for a similar assault on Wyda Way last week. In that incident, the man is suspected of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
A sketch of the suspect has been released.
