Mother found dead in Sacramento home ID'd, SUV linked to man sought for questioning enters Mexico
SACRAMENTO — A woman who was found dead in a north Sacramento home this week has been identified as investigators say the vehicle linked to a man sought for questioning has left the country.
The Sacramento Police Department said it received a call Monday evening for medical aid at an address along Didcot Circle, in the Del Paso Heights area.
Medics with the Sacramento Fire Department declared the woman, later identified as 28-year-old Angelica Bravo, dead at the scene. A cause of death was not yet released.
Sacramento police said they are searching for Camron Lee, the father of Bravo's children, to question. Lee is believed to be with the children, ages 4 and 2, and driving a grey 2023 Honda Passport SUV with a California license plate number 9JUS091.
On Wednesday, police said that the SUV entered Mexico and because of that, this case doesn't meet the criteria for an AMBER Alert.
Lee has not been called a suspect in Bravo's death.
It was not clear if Lee and Bravo were in a relationship or separated.
The children were added to the missing persons system and their information has been shared with the California Department of Justice.
Anyone with information related to the investigation should contact the Sacramento Police Department.
