Man Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver In Woodland
WOODLAND (CBS13) - Police say a man was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Woodland early Thursday morning.
The scene was at the intersection of Mariposa Street and Utah Avenue. Officers showed up at the scene just after 3:30 a.m. and found a man lying in the street unconscious, Woodland Police say.
Medics tried to revive the man, but he was soon pronounced dead.
The man's identity has not been released.
Detectives believe the man was walking in the area before he was hit by a car. The driver did not stop and the driver has not come forward.
