Man Found Injured Lying On Sacramento Road
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Police are investigating the circumstances that led to man found lying injured in the road on Sunday night.
At around 9:17 p.m., Sacramento police received a call requesting medical aid to the 500 block of Santiago Avenue where a male was found lying in the road.
When they arrived, officers found a male adult lying in the roadway with significant unspecified injuries.
Paramedics took the man to an area hospital for treatment where he is expected to recover.
Police have not determined whether the man was the victim of a hit-and-run crash, according to Sgt. Doug Morse, a spokesperson for the Sacramento Police Department.
