Man Accused Of Hiding Loaded Gun Under Child's Car Seat
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Police arrested a man during a traffic stop in Stockton who allegedly hid a loaded handgun under a child's car seat.
On Monday night, Community Response Team Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Kelley Drive and Richland Way in Stockton. After receiving the suspect's consent, they searched his vehicle and allegedly found a loaded .22 caliber handgun beneath an empty child's seat, according to a statement from the Stockton Police Department.
Thirty-four-year-old Leper Talaroc was arrested on suspicion of various weapon charges.
