Some people are born with a song in their heart and those people deserve a stage on which to let their heart sing. The California Musical Theatre, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, has just such a stage. There are many opportunities to volunteer at the CMT, either in the productions crew, as an usher or doing clerical work. Volunteers can attend as many productions as they are able, providing a wonderful opportunity for exposure to the musical arts. Auditions are held regularly and the CMT "actively solicits women and minorities for non-traditional casting opportunities."
