High-Speed Driver Found With Several Cases Of Illegal Fireworks In El Dorado County, CHP Says
PLACERVILLE (CBS13) – A high-speed driver on Highway 50 in El Dorado County was arrested after being found with several cases of illegal fireworks, the California Highway Patrol announced on Thursday.
The agency said the arrest happened Wednesday night near Placerville with assistance from Cal Fire.
Authorities said the vehicle was loaded with cases of illegal fireworks.
The CHP said the driver was arrested on numerous felony charges.
Their identity was not released.
