Harper, Strickland Suspended For Roles In Fight

Major League Baseball has announced that Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper and San Francisco Giants pitcher Hunter Strickland will be suspended for their roles in Monday's benches clearing brawl after Strickland hit Harper with a pitch.
Harper has been suspended four games and Strickland has been suspended six, effective immediately. They have both been fined an undisclosed amount as well.
Both players have elected to appeal their suspensions.
