Girl, 4, Dies After Being Hit By Truck At Rancho Seco Park
HERALD (CBS13) – Authorities say a 4-year-old girl has died after being hit by a truck at a camping area.
The incident happened at the Rancho Seco Recreational Park in Herald Saturday afternoon. Officer Michael Bradley with California Highway Patrol says the girl was running between parked cars when she was struck by a truck.
The girl was pronounced dead at the scene, Officer Bradley says.
The driver of the truck stayed at the scene and was not cited.
