As of Oct. 13, gas prices statewide have trended downward for the fifteenth straight week, according to numbers from the California Energy Commission. Gas prices, on average, have been slipping nationwide, data also shows.
The average price for regular unleaded in Sacramento is $3.386, according to GasBuddy.com.
