Gas Pipe Ruptures In Rocklin, Crews Responding

ROCKLIN (CBS13) – Crews are working to cap a ruptured gas pipe in Rocklin Monday morning.

The scene is along Whitney Ranch Parkway.

Rocklin firefighters responded to the scene a little before 9:30 a.m.

A shelter in place is in effect for the Vicara and Montessa apartment complexes in the Whitney Ranch University area.

Firefighters are urging people to use caution in the area.
