Firefighters Stop Forward Progress Of Vegetation Fire In Fairfield
FAIRFIELD (CBS13) — Firefighters battled a second-alarm vegetation fire in Fairfield Thursday afternoon.
The fire burned along Suisun Valley Parkway at Business Center Drive. While the fire was burning near an apartment complex, no evacuations were issued.
By 3:45 p.m., the Fairfield Fire Department said the forward progress of the fire had been stopped.
Firefighters have not released any more information about the fire.
