Fairfield Police Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting
FAIRFIELD (CBS13) – Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Fairfield Thursday morning.
Few details surrounding the incident are available. Fairfield Police do say the shooting stems from a disturbance officers responded to along the 2000 block of Sousa Court just before 8 a.m.
No officers were hurt in the incident, police say. It is unclear if a suspect has been hurt, but police are saying that there are no outstanding suspects and there is no threat to the public.
