Expect Delays On I-5 Due To Emergency Repair

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Drivers who normally take northbound Interstate 5 into Sacramento may have to make some adjustments to their Friday commute.

Caltrans says the No. 1 lane of northbound I-5 between Meadowview and Florin roads will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – the No. 1 lane being the one closest to the median.
Contractors will be doing pavement repair work that they say has to be done during the day when it's warmer.
