DUI Driver With Infant In Car Arrested For Drugs And Weapons Charges In Stockton
STOCKTON (CBS13) — Sunday morning, officers responded to a solo vehicle crash at California Street and MLK Boulevard, said the Stockton Police Department.
Officers discovered that the driver was intoxicated and in possession of narcotics and a firearm.
An infant was also in the vehicle and was safe and uninjured.
The 25-year-old driver, Anthony Martinez, was arrested for DUI, child endangerment, narcotics, and weapon charges.
