Driver Killed In Grant Line Road Crash Identified
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Authorities have released the identity of a driver killed in a crash in Elk Grove on Wednesday.
The Sacramento County Coroner's Office says 24-year-old David Brenden McDaniel was killed in the Grant Line Road crash.
Elk Grove police said three cars were involved in the crash. A black car coming out of the driveway of a storage facility pulled into the path of a tow truck. The force of the collision pushed both vehicles into the other lane. The tow truck swiped a pickup truck coming from another direction.
The driver of the black vehicle, McDaniel, died from his injuries.
