Driver dies after crashing into tree in Suisun City
SUISUN CITY – A woman died after a crash in Suisun City early Tuesday morning.
Suisun City Fire Department crews responded to the scene near Railroad Avenue and Birchwood Court around 2 a.m. and found a vehicle had crashed into a tree.
The driver was identified by a coroner as 25-year-old Suisun City resident Jianna Nicole Wroten.
Wroten was on her way to work as a UPS supervisor when she crashed and died instantly, her sister wrote to CBS13. She is survived by her mother, father, nieces, nephews, sisters, brother, and fiancé.
Suisun City police said it is believed weather played a role in the crash.
Railroad Avenue was closed between Birchwood and Village Drive through the early morning hours.
