Deputies Investigating Shooting Scene In North Highlands

NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) — Deputies are investigating a shooting scene on the 5800 block of Watt Avenue in North Highlands.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office says one person was transported from the scene but they are not cooperating with the investigation.
Investigators are working to determine where the victim was shot.
No other information was released about the shooting.
