UPDATED: Arrest Made In Arden Arcade Homicide
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Sheriff's homicide detectives arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting in the Arden Arcade neighborhood of Sacramento.
The incident happened at around 3 p.m. at Ethan Terrace Apartments in the 1800 block of Ethan Way, according to deputies. Two men got into an argument when one man pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the upper body. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
Investigators say they know the 31-year-old suspect and his whereabouts. They plan to take him into custody.
The name of the victim has not been released.
