1 person detained after Citrus Heights portable classroom destroyed in fire
CITRUS HEIGHTS — One person was detained after a fire destroyed a portable classroom at a private school in Citrus Heights, officials said Wednesday night.
The fire happened just before 9:30 p.m. at Valley Christian Academy along West Whyte Avenue near Cresthaven Drive.
Sacramento Metro Fire said they detained one person at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
