Police Arrest Thief For Stealing Bait Package

CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) — Police arrested Daniel Rios Monday for stealing a bait package in the area of Butternut Drive and Villaview Drive.
The Citrus Heights Police Department said Rios stole the bait and was subsequently arrested.

He also had prior arrests for burglary, stalking, domestic violence, child endangerment, and narcotics-related charges.
