CHP Patrol Car Collides With Pickup Truck Near Woodland
WOODLAND (CBS13) - A California Highway Patrol officer crashed into a car while responding to a crash in Yolo County Wednesday evening.
The scene is near Gibson Road and Pioneer Avenue. CHP says an officer was on its way to a reported crash near Highway 16 and County Road 97 around 6 p.m. when the officer collided with a red pickup truck.
A teenager was driving the pickup. Both the teen and the officer suffered minor injuries and have been transported to the hospital.
