California Reissues Black License Plates

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - California drivers are getting a taste of history as the state starts to reissue its black license plates, which were originally issued in the 1960s.

The reissued plates, which cost $50, have been the fastest specialty plates ever to reach 7,500 pre-orders.
