California Assemblyman Accidentally Votes For State Budget While On Facebook
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A bitter split over the revised California budget seemed to have a lone spot of bipartisanship on Monday, but that's because one Assemblyman was on Facebook.
Assemblyman Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita) appeared to vote in favor of the revised budget plan, something no other Republican had done.

Wilk confirmed to CBS13 he did vote for the budget in error, because he was on Facebook at the time. The Assemblyman says he isn't good at multitasking, but when he realized the mistake, he changed his vote.

The legislature passed the state's $117.5 revised budget. The vote in the Assembly was 52-28 in favor after Wilk changed his vote.
