Deputies: Illegal Pot Growing Operation Was At Calaveras County Horse Ranch

CALAVERAS COUNTY (CBS13) - A Calaveras County horse ranch has become a crime scene.
Deputies say the property in the town of Wallace, which included an indoor horse arena and stables, had been converted into an illegal pot-growing operation.
During a raid, authorities seized more than 2,000 marijuana plants worth $2.6 million in total.
One person was cited on illegal pot charges.
