Box truck catches fire along major Modesto road
MODESTO – A dramatic scene unfolded in Modesto late Monday morning when a box truck burst into flames on a major thoroughfare.
The scene was on Pelandale Avenue, near Sisk Road, in front of the Costco.
Exactly what led up to the truck catching fire is unclear, but it appears the cab was engulfed in flames.
No injuries have been reported.
