Police Incident Shut Down Both Directions Of Business 80 Shut Down At Watt Avenue
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The latest on the police incident that shut down both directions of Business 80 at Watt Avenue Friday evening.
6:17 p.m.
The CHP says the incident is over and they are beginning to reopen the lanes of Business 80.
The incident has been resolved however traffic, local impacts, and apparatus will remain impacted in the area for an extended duration. Please continue to consider alternative routes.

Metro Fire says traffic impacts will remain in the area for an "extended duration."
CBS13 learned traffic was backed up as far as six miles on eastbound Business 80. The incident began around 5 p.m. on Friday.
6 p.m.
Both directions of Business 80 are shutdown at Watt Avenue due to a police incident.
There is no estimated time of reopening.
The southbound lanes of Watt Avenue over eastbound I-80 and westbound Business 80 are also closed.
Drivers are advised to use an alternate route and expect delays.
