Lanes Of Business 80 At I-80 Interchange Back Open After Big Rig Crash

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Northbound Business 80 was closed for several hours just north of Auburn Boulevard Thursday after a big rig jackknifed, spilling fuel across the roadway.

The crash happened at around 2 a.m. The CHP says speed and the slick roadway were factors in the crash that left the cab destroyed.

Drivers were diverted off northbound Business 80 at Watt Avenue.

The CHP says the trailer and its contents remained intact and was taken to its final destination.
