Big Rig Hits Train Trestle, Blocks Traffic On Southbound Highway 99

ELK GROVE (CBS13) – A big rig crash has blocked all traffic on southbound Highway 99 near Elk Grove.

According to Caltrans, a big rig crashed into a train trestle near Eschinger Road. The crash has the whole highway blocked.

Cars are exiting at Grant Line Road.

Caltrans estimates the highway will be reopened in about two hours.
