Arrest Made In Deadly Rancho Cordova Hit-And-Run
RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) – Police have arrested a woman in a deadly early-morning hit-and-run accident on Wednesday
Madhu Lata Singh, 56, was arrested later in the day and is behind held on a felony hit-and-run charge.
According to the Rancho Cordova Police Department, the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. near Folsom Boulevard and Horn Road. Police say the 65-year-old woman who was walking to work died at the scene.
Singh's bail was set at $75,000.
