$6,000 worth of jewelry stolen from Arden Mall store, Sacramento police say

SACRAMENTO – A jewelry store at a Sacramento mall had thousands of dollars worth of merchandise stolen over the weekend, police say.

The incident happened Sunday a little after 8 p.m.

Sacramento police confirmed that a jewelry store at the mall made a report of grand theft. The name of the store has not been disclosed by police.

About $6,000 worth of jewelry was stolen, police say. No description of any possible suspects has been released, and police have also not released any information yet about how the theft took place.

Police confirmed they are continuing to investigate the theft.
