Amber Alert Issued For Boy, 2, Abducted In LA
LOS ANGELES (CBS13) – An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy who was abducted Friday morning in Los Angeles.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the boy, Edwin Vargas, was abducted by his father, 27-year-old Abraham Vargas. Abraham was last seen driving an orange, 2004 Nissan Quest with tinted windows. The CA license plate number is 7CIN189.
The boy's mother was putting her son in her vehicle when Abraham showed up at the Edwin's Boyle Heights home and stole the van with the child inside, according to CBSLA.
Anyone with information is asked to immediately call 911.
