All 4 Victims Of Highway 50 Crash Identified

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The four people who died in a wrong way crash on Highway 50 Wednesday have been identified.

California Highway Patrol says the driver who caused the fatal crash was 19-year-old Elizabet Torreszella.

She was driving a Prius the wrong way along Highway 50 when she crashed into a truck near Stockton Boulevard. Three men were inside the truck; they, along with Torreszella, were killed in the crash.

Friday, the Sacramento County Coroner's Office officially identified the men as 74-year-old Nick Bacareza, 76-year-old Tony Kilayko and 81-year-old Pepito Rivera.

All the men were from Stockton.

Torreszella allegedly traveled more than five miles in the wrong direction on Highway 50 before the crash, CHP said.
