9-Month-Old Girl Struck By Stray Bullet
LOS ANGELES (AP) - A 9-month-old girl is recovering after she was shot in the thigh by a stray bullet.
Police tell the Los Angeles Times that the girl was shot Saturday night as her mother walked her in a stroller in Panorama City.
Sgt. Greg Bruce says four teenage boys exchanged words and one fired a gun. A bullet hit the girl, who remained hospitalized Sunday in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
