6 Arrested For Window Smashing Spree In Vacaville

VACAVILLE (CBS13) - Police say six people have been arrested after a massive string window smashings in Vacaville.

The incidents have been happening since March 10. According to the Vacaville Police Department, there were nearly 50 reports of car windows being smashed within a week.

Each incident was similar, with vandals apparently just smashing the windows and not taking anything inside.

Tuesday, police announced that several young people have been arrested in connection to the spree. So far, 20-year-old Fairfield resident Brandon Cox, 19-year-old Vacaville resident Kaci Griess and 19-year-old Fairfield resident Bryce Stephens have been arrested. Three other minors from Vacaville were also arrested.

Police detectives are still investigating the incidents.
