Person Rescued From North Highlands House Fire

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – One person was rescued from a house fire in North Highlands on Saturday, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District announced.

The fire broke out just before 4:30 p.m. at a residence along Mountain Oaks Way, just south of the Watt Avenue and Antelope Road intersection.

It is unclear at this time if anyone was injured in the fire. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

No further information has been released.
