1 person hospitalized after Arden Arcade mobile home fire
SACRAMENTO COUNTY – A person has been hospitalized after a mobile home fire in Arden Arcade early Friday morning, authorities say.
Metro Fire of Sacramento crews responded to the scene at the Camelia Mobile Home Park just after 2 a.m.
Firefighters were told two people from the home were unaccounted for. Crews started searching, finding one person with moderate burns. Another person was also found unhurt.
With the wind threatening to spread the fire to other homes, firefighters worked quickly to knock down the flames. No other homes ended up being damaged, and no other injuries were reported.
Exactly what started the fire is still under investigation.
