Open Fire, Killing One Man At A Graduation Party In Artesia
ARTESIA, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say four men went to a graduation party being held in a backyard in Artesia and after an argument with party guests opened fire, killing one man and wounding two others.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said Sunday deputies responded to a call of a gunshot victim Saturday night and found three men had been shot. One of victims died at the scene and the other two were taken to a hospital, where they remain in fair condition.
Detectives are trying to determine a motive in the shooting and identify the suspects.
