Sofritas is the chain's new vegan offering.
According to its website, sofritas is tofu and soy-based, with added poblanos, chilis and spices.
I'm a pretty big carnivore, so it would be unlike me to order the vegan option … but I'm always down to try something new.
Plus, if you don't like it, there's no pain since you can recoup your money with a free burrito!
