Woman dies after being hit by a car on Christmas night in Peters Township

PETERS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - One woman is dead after being hit by a car in Washington County, according to police.

The pedestrian accident occurred just after 7:30 p.m. on Christmas night in the area of the 2800 block of Washington Road in Peters Township. Police have not released the name of the victim at this time.

Peters Township police are investigating the incident.
